David Powell

Manager, Information Technology

As Manager of Information Technology, David is responsible for the technology strategy and information infrastructure of CPS HR. Prior to CPS HR Consulting David was a National Technology Leader with Deloitte Services LP where he was the strategic leader of its National Telecommunications Services Division where he helped the business through innovative communications and collaboration technologies. His background includes national and international experience leading global teams in IT Infrastructure and end-user support services with particular expertise in telecommunications, networking, and unified communications. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from CSU, Sacramento and an MBA with emphasis in Technology Management from the University of California at Davis.
